Billing & Payments

Overview

Metaintro provides detailed invoices and receipts for every payment made on your account. Whether you need documentation for personal records, expense reporting, or tax purposes, you can easily access and download everything from your billing settings.

Accessing Your Invoices

To view your payment history and invoices:

  1. Log in to your Metaintro account

  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing

  3. Scroll to the Payment history section

  4. You will see a list of all past charges with dates, amounts, and status

Each entry in your payment history includes:

  • Date of the transaction

  • Amount charged

  • Payment method used (last four digits of the card)

  • Status (paid, pending, or failed)

  • Invoice link to view or download the full document

Downloading Receipts as PDF

To download an individual invoice or receipt:

  1. In Settings > Billing, locate the payment in your history

  2. Click the Download or View invoice button next to the entry

  3. The invoice will open in a new tab or download directly as a PDF

  4. Save or print the document as needed

Each PDF invoice contains:

  • Metaintro's company information and address

  • Your billing name and address

  • Itemized charges with descriptions

  • Tax amounts (if applicable)

  • Transaction ID for reference

  • Payment date and method

Tax Documentation

Metaintro invoices are formatted to support standard tax documentation requirements. If you need specific tax details on your invoices:

  • Tax ID or VAT number: You can add your tax identification number in Settings > Billing > Billing details. Once added, it will appear on all future invoices.

  • Business address: Make sure your billing address is up to date so invoices reflect the correct jurisdiction for tax purposes.

  • Annual summaries: If you need a summary of all charges for a calendar year, contact support and we will generate one for you.

For international users

Metaintro charges are processed in USD. Your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are not reflected on Metaintro invoices but may appear on your bank statement.

Expense Reporting

If you use Metaintro Pro as a professional tool and need to submit expenses to your employer:

  • Download each monthly invoice as a PDF from your billing history

  • Invoices include all the details typically required by finance departments: date, vendor name, amount, description, and transaction ID

  • Forward invoices to your finance or accounting team as needed

Enterprise Billing

Enterprise customers have access to additional billing features:

  • Consolidated invoices: Receive a single invoice for all users in your organization

  • Purchase order (PO) numbers: Add a PO number to your account so it appears on all invoices

  • Custom billing schedules: Arrange quarterly or annual billing instead of monthly

  • Dedicated billing contact: Your account manager can assist with any invoice requests or adjustments

  • Usage reports: Access detailed usage analytics alongside billing data

To set up enterprise billing features, contact your dedicated account manager or email sales@metaintro.com.

Common Questions

I cannot find an invoice for a specific payment

All successful payments should appear in your billing history. If a payment is missing, it may have been processed under a different account. Contact support@metaintro.com with the transaction details and we will help locate it.

Can I receive invoices by email automatically?

Yes. Metaintro sends a receipt to your registered email address after each successful payment. Check your spam or promotions folder if you are not seeing them.

I need a corrected invoice

If your invoice contains incorrect billing information (name, address, or tax ID), update your billing details in Settings > Billing and contact support to request a corrected invoice for past transactions.
