Save Jobs for Later

Job Search

Overview

When Marsh surfaces job listings that catch your eye, you do not have to apply immediately or risk losing track of them. Metaintro's save feature lets you bookmark any position with a single click so you can come back to it on your own schedule.

How to Save a Job

Saving a job is straightforward:

  1. Start a job search Thread. Open a new Thread and describe the kind of role you are looking for. Marsh will return a set of AI-matched listings based on your profile and conversation.

  2. Browse the results. Scroll through the listings Marsh presents. Each one includes key details like title, company, location, and a brief summary.

  3. Click the Save button. When you find a listing worth revisiting, click the Save button on that job card. The listing is instantly bookmarked.

You can save as many jobs as you like within a single Thread or across multiple Threads. There is no limit.

Where to Find Your Saved Jobs

Every job you save is stored in the Jobs Of Interest tab, located in the left sidebar of the Metaintro interface. To access it:

  • Look at the left sidebar navigation.

  • Click on Jobs Of Interest.

  • You will see a chronological list of every position you have bookmarked.

From this tab you can review job details, revisit the original listing, or remove jobs you are no longer interested in.

Why Saving Jobs Matters

Job searching is rarely a one-session activity. You might discover a great role during a morning commute but need to wait until evening to write a tailored cover letter. Or you might want to compare several positions side by side before deciding where to apply.

The save feature ensures that:

  • Nothing slips through the cracks. Even if you close the app or start a new Thread, your saved jobs remain intact.

  • You can compare options. Having all your top picks in one place makes it easier to evaluate compensation, location, company culture, and other factors.

  • Your workflow stays flexible. Save now, apply later. There is no pressure to act in the moment.

Tips for Managing Saved Jobs

  • Save generously at first. It is easier to remove a listing later than to search for one you vaguely remember.

  • Review your list regularly. Job postings can expire. Checking your Jobs Of Interest tab every few days helps you act before deadlines pass.

  • Use Threads alongside saved jobs. If you want more information about a saved listing, start a new Thread and ask Marsh about that specific company or role.

Removing a Saved Job

If a position is no longer relevant, you can remove it directly from the Jobs Of Interest tab. This keeps your list focused on the opportunities that matter most to you.
